Nebraska 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

In remembrance of the 20^th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks, members of the public will join area firefighters to climb the stairs of the Werner Park Stadium in honor of the 343 firefighters from the FDNY who died while trying to save others.

Join the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF) on September 11, 2021, for the Nebraska 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at the Werner Park Stadium, 12356 Ballpark Way, Papillion, NE.  Each participant pays tribute to a FDNY firefighter by climbing or walking the equivalent of the 110 stories of the World Trade Center. Registration is $30. Everyone will receive a photo ID of one of the fallen heroes of September 11th. Onsite registration will begin at 7:30 am with Opening Ceremonies beginning at 8:15 am.  The Climb will start at 8:30 am and will end at 12:00 pm. “The 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb is an opportunity for anyone in the community to demonstrate respect and admiration for these courageous men who gave their lives trying to save others.
